Aisling Hagan, MA, BCBA, LBA

Aisling a passionate clinician who believes that no two children—or families—are the same, and that therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. She loves creating individualized services that meet children exactly where they are while building strong, meaningful connections with the families who support them every day. Helping families reach goals and milestones they may have once thought were out of reach is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.

Aisling earned her Master of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and has spent the past 10 years working with children in a variety of roles. For the past six years, she has worked in the ABA field, including four years as a Registered Behavior Technician and nearly two years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. These experiences have shaped her collaborative, ethical, and creative approach to care.

Aisling’sclinical interests include fostering growth through play, connection, and individualized strategies that promote confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills. She especially enjoys partnering with families, celebrating every win—big or small—and finding joy in the progress made along the way.

She looks forward to continued growth as both a clinician and advocate, learning alongside the families she serves, and making a positive, lasting impact—one milestone at a time.
