Our doctoral-level clinical psychologists conduct comprehensive telehealth evaluations and deliver a clear, usable report within days, so you can move forward with confidence.
An in-depth, self-paced online clinical interview and clinician-selected assessment battery matched to age
Meet your licensed psychologist by video call. The 60 to 90 minute evaluation includes direct observation, structured interactions, and discussion of findings and recommendations.
Your 15-25 page report signed by your licensed psychologist includes full DSM-5 diagnostic conclusions, standardized assessment scoring, and recommendations for behavior, medical, and school contexts
NeuroClarity charges $590 for the diagnostic evaluation, including final report. Payment in full is required to begin the process. We accept credit cards and HSA/FSA. If requested, we will supply you with a medical invoice (“Superbill”) which you can use to seek out-of-network reimbursement from insurance.
NeuroClarity is an innovative multi-state telemedicine practice. Our providers are licensed and able to provide virtual evaluations for patients physically located in 43 states.
From age 18 months through adulthood. The process adapts based on age: caregiver-led for young children; direct participation for older children, teens, and adults.
The entire process is online from start to finish. After completing self-paced intake, you’ll book your appointment. At the time of the appointment, you’ll join the video call from a tablet, laptop, or desktop (smart phone possible but larger screen preferred).
