WHO WE ARE

Success On The Spectrum provides ABA Therapy in Rittman, OH.

We give one-on-one instruction to children who are not currently learning like their peers. We teach children HOW to learn, then gradually reduce or eliminate the individualized support.

Our goal is to teach valuable life skills that help our clients become productive and fulfilled adults in mainstream society.

Our quarterly audit program allows SOS Franchising to directly observe the technicians with the children, monitor employee education levels, turnover, and pay rates.

PARENT INVOLVEMENT

There is extensive research proving that parent involvement increases a child’s rate of progress. High quality ABA providers value parent input and encourage them to participate in their child’s treatment.

Success On The Spectrum has mandatory weekly parent training meetings. The BCBA will teach caregivers how to provide ABA to their own child at home.

SOS is proud to offer full transPARENTcy. There are cameras in every room and parents can watch their child’s therapy live from our parent viewing room!

OUR STAFF

Jason Meade, CEO

Jason is a true champion of autism services and care. As a US Navy Veteran and Master of Health Services Administration, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization. Jason’s tireless efforts to create a more inclusive and supportive community have led to the establishment of The Corporation for Autism Services Development and Growth, Inc., and his strategic acquisition of a Success on the Spectrum franchise has expanded access to vital services.

Heidi Harper, BCBA

Heidi became a BCBA and COBA in 2017, specializing in ABA. She was previously an Intervention Specialist, and her interest in ABA began in 2004. Heidi further developed this passion while earning her master’s in Psychology and running an inclusive in-home childcare business.

Outside of work, Heidi enjoys family time with her two sons and German Shepherd, outdoor activities, exercising, watching movies, and traveling.

Kristy Ward, Office Manager

We are thrilled to introduce Kristy as our new Office Manager. With years of management experience, Kristy is well-equipped to handle her new role. Her background also includes working as a tax specialist for H&R Block in Rittman. She graduated from the Wayne County Schools Career Center with a focus on Banking and Finance. As a parent of a child with autism, Kristy has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by families. Kristy and her husband have been married for 29 years and have two children.

They have been part of the Rittman community since 2007.
