In order to get an Autism Diagnosis, you must see a doctor

Intake
- You don't need a referral! Complete Our Online Questionnaire and schedule an appointment! THERE IS NO WAITING LIST

Virtual Appt
- You will meet with our doctor via video call! We will ask you questions, as well as observe your child playing at home!
- Our evaluations process takes 1 hour and the visit has four parts: (1) review of the health questionnaire; (2) completion of the autism tool; (3) standard behavioral observation; and (4) results/discussion

Get The Report
- Visit notes as well as any letter of medical necessity for needed services will be provided within 7 business days via the patient portal.
1. How much does it cost?
Joshua Health charges $1200 for an autism diagnostic test. Payment in full is expected from you at the time of your visit. Billing and Payment is conducted through the “Patient Portal”. We also accept credit cards, HSA, FSA, and Care credit.
We can supply you with an invoice which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
2. Will I see a real doctor?
Joshua Health is an innovative multi-state telemedicine practice. Our medical providers are currently licensed and able to provide virtual consultations for patients physically located in many states.
3. What ages do you accept?
We see patients from age 3 years old to 22 years old.
4. How do I log into the video call?
You can use any tablet, laptop, or desktop. You will receive a link to join your virtual appointment once all paperwork are completed.
Dr. Sheridan Major-Moore DO, MPH, MS, FAAFP
CEO & Founder of Joshua Health
Dr. Major-Moore is a board-certified family medicine physician and an AUTISM MOM.
She completed her medical education at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency training at Palmetto General Hospital in Miami Florida. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and has been named a “Top Doc in Family Medicine” in recent years. Dr. Major-Moore also holds degrees in Public Health and Biomedical Science; and is dedicated to educating her patients, and helping them make informed decisions regarding their health. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, mission work, and most importantly spending time with her family.
