Success On The Spectrum provides ABA Therapy in Whitehall, OH.
We give one-on-one instruction to children who are not currently learning like their peers. We teach children HOW to learn, then gradually reduce or eliminate the individualized support.
Our goal is to teach valuable life skills that help our clients become productive and fulfilled adults in mainstream society.

PARENT INVOLVEMENT
There is extensive research proving that parent involvement increases a child’s rate of progress. High quality ABA providers value parent input and encourage them to participate in their child’s treatment.
Success On The Spectrum has mandatory weekly parent training meetings. The BCBA will teach caregivers how to provide ABA to their own child at home.
SOS is proud to offer full transPARENTcy. There are cameras in every room and parents can watch their child’s therapy live from our parent viewing room!
OUR STAFF
Success On The Spectrum provides ABA Therapy in Whitehall, Ohio.
Our hand-picked staff hold weekly training meetings to ensure a deeper understanding of the science of human behavior.
Each staff member is thoroughly background checked and holds CPR and Safety-Care certifications.
BCBAs directly supervise each child’s program implementation each week and give additional training to staff as needed.
Amanda has 20 years of experience helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across 23 counties in the State of Ohio. She is the Chief Services Officer at ARC Industries, Inc. and its new subsidiary, ARC Autism Services, LLC. Over the years, Amanda has held progressive leadership roles at places like the Association for the Developmentally Disabled, Learning Never Ends, LLC, and the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio.
She is also a Board Member for Chapters Ahead/Next Chapter Book Club, which helps people with disabilities improve their literacy and social skills. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Capital University and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University SC College of Business.
Amanda loves making life better for people with disabilities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, going on nature walks, working on DIY projects, eating spicy foods and traveling! Amanda is most excited to open the SOS Clinic in Whitehall, because it will increase access to important services like ABA, Speech, and Occupational therapy for families in Southeast Columbus.
Tyana has always had a passion for caring for others, which led her to Bryman Institute, where she earned an Associate’s degree in Medical Assisting. After graduating, she worked in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Pediatrics for 14 years. Tyana also pursued her passion by working with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing direct care and later serving as a Program Manager. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Tyana is excited to return to work with children in a clinical setting, as a part of the SOS Whitehall admin team! She also looks forward to supporting families in Whitehall and surrounding communities.
Brianna has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for six years, working in clinical settings, at home, and as the district BCBA for Hilliard City Schools. She now serves as the BCBA for Success On The Spectrum Whitehall, where she will develop treatment plans, oversee clinical services, and support Registered Behavior Technicians and Interns in delivering high-quality ABA therapy.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from Xavier University and her Master of Education with a focus in Behavior Analysis, from The University of Cincinnati.
Brianna is passionate about helping kids and their families build confidence and skills in fun and empowering ways. Brianna is excited about the opening of the SOS clinic in Whitehall, where they will create a welcoming space for growth, learning, and support!
