Success On The Spectrum provides ABA Therapy in Plantation, Florida.
We give one-on-one instruction to children who are not currently learning like their peers. We teach children HOW to learn, then gradually reduce or eliminate the individualized support.
Our goal is to teach valuable life skills that help our clients become productive and fulfilled adults in mainstream society.

PARENT INVOLVEMENT
There is extensive research proving that parent involvement increases a child’s rate of progress. High quality ABA providers value parent input and encourage them to participate in their child’s treatment.
Success On The Spectrum has mandatory weekly parent training meetings. The BCBA will teach caregivers how to provide ABA to their own child at home.
SOS is proud to offer full transPARENTcy. There are cameras in every room and parents can watch their child’s therapy live from our parent viewing room!

My name is Midelkis Serra, and I am the CEO/Owner of Success on the Spectrum Plantation. After a successful career as a leader in a global technology company, I decided to follow my passion to work with children and give back to the community. My mission at SOS is to cultivate a welcoming and family-oriented environment where everyone enjoys spending time. I am dedicated to ensuring that every child receives the services they need, every parent feels empowered, and every team member finds joy in their work. I find great satisfaction in fostering a collaborative atmosphere where families and staff feel supported and fulfilled.
When I’m not working, I like traveling, solving puzzles and gathering with family.
I bring both clinical expertise and genuine care to every session and I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to make a difference.
My name is Ana Barton, and I’m the Office Manager at Success on the Spectrum Plantation. With over 13 years of experience in medical administration, my top priority is helping parents navigate the registration and insurance verification process to make things as smooth and stress-free as possible. I have always loved working with children.
I have three nieces and one nephew who are my whole world, and they inspire the care and dedication I bring to every family.
