Deniz Gumustekin, is the CEO and Owner of Success on the Spectrum Alpharetta. With over 10 years of experience in college education, teaching, research, and corporate leadership, she specializes in creating and leading impactful programs. As a mother of a child with developmental challenges, Denise’s personal journey has fueled her passion for helping others and ensuring the best outcomes for families.

Tristan BCBA:

Tristan Anderson is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Success on the Spectrum Alpharetta. She has a deep passion for working with individuals with special needs. Since entering the field in 2019, Tristan has dedicated her career to making a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families. With a strong commitment to advocacy, she find great joy in supporting families through the challenges that come with raising children with special needs. Whether it’s providing guidance, offering resources, or simply being a compassionate listener, Tristan is driven by the belief that every family deserves the tools and support to thrive.

My name is Meagan and I am the Office Manager here at Success on the Spectrum Alpharetta! I have been in the field of ABA for the last 7 years as a Registered Behavior Therapist, along with experience in IEP’s and 504’s. I have my Masters degree in Developmental Disabilities with a concentration in Advocacy. I am very passionate about advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. I am beyond excited to be a part of the Success on the Spectrum Alpharetta team as your Office Manager!
