Charlotte Kelly, Ed.D., MBA

I am an “AUSOME Mom” to Decklyn and Samuel, and I am the CEO and Owner of Success on the Spectrum (SOS) in Fayetteville. Like many “AUSOME Parents”, my journey into the world of autism was not one I expected—but it is one that has forever shaped me, my perspective, and my purpose. As a parent of a daughter with autism, I understand firsthand the fears (and tears), hope, determination, and unwavering commitment that many families carry.

SOS Fayetteville was birthed from my lived experiences – navigating evaluations, advocating relentlessly, celebrating milestones that others overlooked, holding both hope and uncertainty at the same time, and wishing – oftentimes – that support felt clearer, more kind, and more collaborative. SOS Fayetteville exists to provide the kind of care I once hoped (and prayed) for.

Professionally, I bring decades of experience as an educator, corporate leader, and business professional. I earned dual undergraduate degrees from Texas A&M University (Gig’ Em Aggies!), followed by a Master of Business Administration and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership. Throughout my career, my work has consistently focused on developing others – I have founded and led nonprofits centered on mentorship and growth, guided teams through meaningful change, and built organizations rooted in values, accountability, and impact.

But it is my role as an “AUSOME Parent” that allows me to combine my professional expertise and lived experiences to create an environment where our children are celebrated for who they are and families are seen, heard, and partnered with every step of the way. It is my honor to serve you and to work toward a future where individuals with autism are met with understanding, opportunity, and belonging. THANK YOU for trusting us with your family!

Molly Carpenter, M.S., BCBA, LBA

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about helping individuals build communication, social, and life skills that truly matter at home, at school, and in the community. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University and bring 5 years of ABA experience partnering with families and multidisciplinary teams across a variety of settings.

I believe ABA is most effective when it is compassionate, family-centered, and built on trust, safety, and collaboration. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a strong focus on creating meaningful, functional outcomes that improve quality of life for each individual and their family.

At Success On The Spectrum, I work closely with families and team members to develop supportive, individualized programs that honor each person’s unique strengths. I am committed to building strong, lasting relationships with the families I serve and ensuring they feel supported, heard, and empowered throughout their ABA journey.

Shameka J. Richardson, MBA

I am the Office Manager at Success On The Spectrum in Fayetteville, where I support daily operations and help create an organized, welcoming, and family-centered environment for both our team and the families we serve. I hold a Master of Business Administration and bring extensive experience in operations, management, and team support.

I am passionate about building systems and processes that allow clinicians to focus on what matters most—providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and families. I believe that strong operations, clear communication, and supportive leadership are essential to creating a space where teams can thrive and services can be delivered effectively.

My approach to leadership is rooted in service, collaboration, and faith. I am grateful for the opportunity God has given me to serve in this role and to support families during such an important part of their journey. I am committed to ensuring our center runs smoothly while fostering an environment built on trust, respect, and care for every child, family, and team member.
