SOS strives to provide you with the most knowledgeable and dedicated staff available. Our BCBAs have a Master's degree and several years of experience. Our BCBAs always use direct observation of your child's behavior during assessments (never questionnaires). Our BCBAs personally train and closely supervise each Registered Behavioral Therapist. SOS also regularly sends all of our employees to conferences and trainings to maintain and improve their education.
All SOS employees undergo an extensive FBI background check with fingerprints. You may request a copy of your therapist's background check results at any time.
